Did pac actually record "R U Still Down" with Jon B? He says Jon B at the start of the song and also ad-libs with him. Also, Tongue Kissin has the exact same beat, whats up with that?

no, what is hard to figure out is why an artist would use the same sample for two different songs. How many recording artists can you name that have recorded two or more different songs with the same beat?
