There's a lot of talk going on now, kicked off by Snoop, who basically said that he paved the way for 'Pac who only blew up when he got onto Death Row. Various people have chimed in, including Warren G and Young Noble.

On a side note, it’s very unsettling that Noble doesn’t know the difference between “and” and “an”.
