In the simple meaning of that verse, Pac was talking about some crooked ass cops that raided his home! He was not even talking about the 94 shooting in that song. Pac was talking about a cop that dropped him to his knees and that in turn caused some bleeding.

In the deeper/ alive clues sense of that verse, he was talking about things related to his plan. You guys have not started seeing Pac's lyrics. You're still looking at the skin and have not even started looking at the flesh- what is on the inside. Pac tells simple stories, phrases them in a certain way for the purpose of giving off hidden messages.

I PROCEED TO BLEED" was said to tell you about his intention to PROCEED towards his death like he did on Septemer 7th. "BLEED" could mean BLEEDING ON A CROSS like he was doing on "7 Day theory" cover. It could also mean bleeding from gun shot wounds. For all purposes and intents, he's talking about DEATH, and this is tied in with the death that he was planning to stage.
I think the reason why you never understand that DEATH with Pac meant faking his death is because you'ld expect him to say "FAKE MY DEATH" instead of "DEATH", but dummy, you don't fake your death and turn around and tell folks "I faked my death". That is just one of the reasons I think that 2pac-dead believers are sick in the skull, cause they just keep proving that they are not even smart. It's not even about being smart, it's all about common sense. Would you do something as secret as stealing something and then turn around and tell the police that you did it?
