Just a semi truck crash at the god awful Lowry Tunnel. Yow know there are two seasons in MN, winter and construction season, so it's extra bad. I'm guessing the truck driver was inexperienced and not proficient in the English language. It really doesn't matter where the driver came from because I estimate about 25% of American drivers do not understand the meanings of road signs.

I know KARE11 and the bunch are so proud of the infrastructure in their soon-to-be East Africa city but having 90 degree curves on an iterstate highway seems like a horrible horrible design. A part of 35W north of Minneapolis look like a section of Nurburgring and sure enough a semi truck had crashed in that area less than a month ago. I was 30 minutes late for my weed pick-up! They sure didn't have problems destroying the Rondo neighborhood to build their "American Freedom" of Interstate 94 so why did they not cut straight across in Minneapolis? White people owned those properties, but yea, the real history is more complicated than that, I'm guessing.
