Hey all,

I'm new here so forgive me if this isn't posted in the right section, but I came across some tupac autographs on ebay and now I'm really keen to find out if he ever signed as Makaveli ?

If so I'm making it one of my life missions to get a hold of one.

I love pac and his legacy, a true leader.

maybe he signed a petition to get you banned because you posted this in several sections. haha only joking. welcome. we all like to joke now and then.

this would probably belong in the life section on 2pacboard, but if you were placing an item up for sale then in the fair xchange section. our block usually gets the most views because as you can see it is the most active sub-forum.

not too sure about him signing as makaveli.

go for it. just make sure they are originals and not just photocopies.

I wouldnt want a signature of someone unless it was on something I could use ie Book, CD etc. But I'm guessing he did sign as Makaveli but getting that authorized would be next to impossible..

yeah that's most probably fake and it's almost impossible to check it.
There's a lot of guys making money on fake autographs because most people risk and buy them hoping that it's the real deal. Just like in this case.

tupac4life raises a good point here, point being: tupac didn't sign to death row under the name Makaveli.

as far as publishing laws go though, writers can publish material under another name (pseudonym)

i wonder if publishing under a pseudonym would effect the contractual agreement of royalties, maybe Tupac planned to copyright his music under another alias and claim all the royalties through the flaws/laws of publishing and contractual pedantism
