I don't really think the 6 new songs is worth the price, I most likely have everything on the DVD and I already own a Death Row T-Shirt....but chances are I'll buy this anyway since I'm a completist.

I'm really happy with how Lara Lavi and WideAwake are handling the Death Row stuff. I purchased the Dr. Dre "Chronic Re-Lit" set and was very impressed. I mean, digital remastering, comprehensive liner notes from QD3, unseen photos, bonus unheard songs, and a DVD with a ton of cool footage? I mean that's how it SHOULD be done. You gotta give props to that.

How's the Snoop CD? I was looking at it in the States one of the days that I was there and almost bought it, but I didn't have a great deal of cash on me and wasn't sure when I'd be able to hit an ATM. I'm definitely interested in picking it up though.

I only got snoop cd few days back so i aint listened to it a whole lot, but it sounds nice. I'd read some peeps saying it wa'nt that good and they understand how it was never released, but it sounds good to me, and it's unreleased snoop from DR so as a collector it sits nice in my collection.

You guys should really go out and buy this. Keep in mind it's WideAwake thats releasing all this now and the more all this stuff sells the more we will get. Shit i picked up this boxset earlier today and i was pleasantly surprised that it contained an alternate version of To Live And Die In LA and a version of Natural Born Killaz with Sam Sneed on it.

I agree with you. I mean, its up to the fans right now to go out there and buy this. The excuse of not wanting to pay Suge doesn't apply anymore......unless there is something I don't know about.

When you say alternate version of 'to live and die in LA', you mean the video version or just a whole new vibe to the song?

I'll be copping it then in that case.

I knew that Sam Sneed had written and produced "Natural Born Killaz" so I'm glad his version has gotten a release.

The alternate version of 2 Live and Die in LA is an alternate version of the song. It's the same instrumental but it sounds completely different at the same time. Im not at home right now but later on i will post up a clip of it so you know wat i mean.

I love this version. Probably only drums are different from what I can hear on my laptop but that makes a huge difference. Makes the song a lot more dynamic.

However the acapella is the same, instrumental is almost the same so it's even less than a remix. I'd feel bad buying it just for this track.
