Of course Tupac was not a gangbanger. He was someone who made many mistakes and often acted in the moment without thinking about the consequences first. He acted in the moment when he attacked Orlando; not thinking about going back to prison or getting shot up as a result. He did this before, when he assaulted the Hugh brothers - his ego was just huge, especially with Death Row behind him, and he crossed the line when he jumped a true killer.
Right just like me, all that has been given here are opinions. Has anyone ever confirmed it either way. And for everyone that says he just liked to fight, he wasn't thinking about jail or he was acting, I can half agree with you yet dont you guys find that to be a cop out excuse. Why would a NON gangbanger jump on a {like someone said} a real killer in public on film. Either the crips would get him or the cops. And you mean to tell me Mr.I'm not going back 2 jail, Mr.they'll never take me alive wasn't thinking or was just trying 2 impress and he just wanted a good fight??? You guys really need to understand there's a big difference between actually gang banging and just being affiliated. 2Pac was not a gang banger or gang member. The problem was that since he was on deathrow he was automatically affiliated with Bloods. 2Pac was not literally out there gang bangin on the streets throwing up the Piru set and plackin up on the walls and hittin fools up. The problem that happened that night in Vegas was that they beat down Orlando. And that untimely was wat caused Pac to get shot. There was already a bounty on the streets of LA for Death Row chains, so shit was already uneasy when it came down to it. The second Pac started beating down Orlando (who was a real gang banger) thats wat basically fucked Pac over. In the gang life if somebody fucks with you or one of your homies, you go out and look for him and take care of the muthafucka (in this case it was anybody on Death Row). So Pac being too "down" for Death Row and beating down Orlando when it actually should have been anybody else in the entourage is pretty much wat got Pac dealt with.
