At 8:45 P.M., Travon Lane (Tray) was walking near the hotel’s Grand Garden with Death Row’s crew. Tray pointed out Orlando to Tupac. Tupac ran down the hallway until he met up with Orlando. Tupac asked, "You from the South?" It escalated into a fight and Tupac started beating the shit out of him. Later the rest of the Deathrow crew arrived and helped him beat him up. There was only one bodyguard with the crew, and he had to pull Tupac out of it twice. They knocked Orlando down and began kicking and punching him. A security camera recorded the incident on tape. The fight was stopped by hotel security, and Orlando was held for questioning by the police, then was allowed to leave after he declined to press charges'

It would make perfect sense if tupac said it to mean that: "he doesn't give a fuck about the rap game, he's down with his crew".
The whole reason Tupac got out of jail was because of Suge and his bail money. I've heard rumours that Death Row was funded by 'gang money'. Suge must've had 2pac on a shoe string.

Yes DarkPhantom13 I did. I do not think nor did I ever believe him to be in a gang. What i'm saying is if he was not a member then what made him do it. Process of elimination is the name of the game. I think you might be to quick to think Pac just liked to fight. Someone set him up and he went for it. For him not to be a gang member have really nothing to to with the chain beef and lose HIS life over it makes no more sense then the faked death bullshit. Thats the answer to the mystery. Like i already said, Pac was just "too down" for Death Row. Who knows the real reason Pac decided to go beat down Orlando but really it should not have been him. If anything it should have been the bodyguards or the Lawz. Pac had not reason to be in the middle of the scuffle and unfortunately thats the reason Pac is now dead.
