And so is 2pac telling a Judge he isnt a gangsta rapper and to go as far to say he dont even know what it means. AINT NOTHING BUT A GANGSTA PARTY. The following is a brief synopsis of significant findings from the 2001 and 2004
NJSP Gang Surveys:
• In both the 2001 and 2004 surveys, 33% of respondents noted the presence of
gangs in their jurisdictions.
• In both years, survey respondents reported that at least 17% of homicides in
New Jersey involved gang members.
• In 2001 and 2004, 70% of gang members were reported by respondents from
Urban Centers. oh ps nj is the ONLY state to designate EVERY municipality in the state as Urban
In 2004:
• Municipal respondents identified 148 “distinct”1 gangs present in New Jersey
communities.
• 28 gangs in New Jersey have more than 100 members. Those 28 gangs
account for 56% of all gang members within the state.
• Three gangs were consistently mentioned as the most serious problem, most
actively recruiting, and most violent: the Bloods, Crips and Latin Kings.
• Respondents reported a total of 532 gang related incidents in schools during the
previous year.
• 75% of responding agencies did not participate in a formal multi-agency task
force or collaborative effort that focused on gangs
• For agencies with a gang presence, 44% indicated that their community’s gang
problem had increased from the past year.

Wasn't really directed at you i was merely stating that some people do not understand the gang life outside of wat they see on tv and the movies and wat they read in the magazine and newspapers. Cali slang is way different than Jersey slang btw. And wats the point of posting up gang stats from Jersey? Do you want me to post the stats from LA? It's been widely reported by alot of Pac's friends that Pac started with that "gangster" image after doing the role in Juice. Read somewhere that joe n pac are throwin the "blood diamond sign".never heard of a set like this.thats what i read.and plus there were talks of prince ital joe being member of a blood-gang.his daughter was asked in this fake interview about that too.plus that pic right here.like i said, ppl say its "blood diamond" (wtf) sign.
