Sunburn fucking sucks. It itches so bad and my skin is hot to the touch. Spent the weekend on the river with no sunblock and my shirt off.
But had fun, saw a deer come down and drink from the river, it just stared at me and my friend. We were on a canoe trip, my first one ever. Went 29 miles.
Also saw a baby snake that I almost stepped on, a huge snake, in the water. Two ducks, a shit load of spiders (Crashed into a tree, was stuck right underneath them, me screaming like a girl) about four owls, a shit load of fish, of course. And a snapping turtle. And a groundhog.
We got thrown out of the canoe once, it started to tip with us, but as i was being flung out, I kicked the shit out of it and it didn't flip. Came up out of the water and hit my head on the bottom of the canoe, which relived me because it didn't flip and I didn't lose my phones, our food, our water, and our canoe.
Anyone ever been canoeing before? Pretty fun when you hit shoals and rapids.
