What is this? 50 Cent on new album?

According to someone posting at MrMakaveli it is a snippet of a new track from the 2pac album featuring 50 Cent. It is tagged with what sounds like a StreetHop.com tag.

Personally I think it's a net hoax designed to start shit between there and here. But does anyone know anything more?
