What Songs Are Left?

yes, death row. one being a song with greg nice, the other being an extremely sentimental song that may just be pac's deepest verse ever spit. i may remix it if amaru abandons it, but i won't steal their thunder ...if they have it.

as for hard drives, well i am the king of all things backup. i think i have a proven method in place... i use two hard drives of exact specs and sync them monthly. in addition, i also burn off all new things downloaded, ripped, or acquired to dvd-r so that at any given time i have triplicate of everything i have. for this reason i have over 1.5 terrabytes of hd space dedicated to pac at the moment.
holy shit!!
if i had the money dante i would buy you a house in exchange for everything lol

Dante have you ever writting Pac's mom saying you have the material or anything close to that...why not write her and say you have certain tracks and you'd love to produce a Pac record...try to pull a Eminem but i know for a fact you can do one hell of a better job...or have you ever thought of contacting the actual producers that worked with Pac and try to come up with a album idea working together then selling the idea to Pac's mom?

fuck man... i wish i had the resources that you have... you're still acquiring new music in addition to your crazy 2pac collection!??!?? 2 more death row song that even you didn't know existed.... it almost makes me sick that i may never get to hear half the stuff in your collection..

Is a Greg Nice appearance always an indication of a song being during the One nation sessions? And when you say "if amaru abandons it," it sounds like that may take a couple years to determine... but I'm a patient man. Bring it on.

Good idea... all I have to do now is find all of the non-retail stuff ALL OVER again... but what sucks is that the hard drive is hardly a year old (since my old one went out) and I seriously just ripped 50 CDs or so in the two weeks prior to the crash.

Clearly the wording, structure and lyricism (specifically the last two lines of the chorus) are indications of this being written and recorded during Pac's last months... I love how much better of a rapper he had become in that short period of time. A lot of those late Death Row era songs completely murder 95% of his All Eyez on Me session tracks, I don't doubt the rest of this song further solidifies that.

But thanks for the provided information, I now have more to look for beyond this next CD. Just what I've read in the past 12 hours has made me realize that while I'll be 23 in less than two weeks, there will be more Pac music, whether through Amaru or whoever, hitting me for quite a while. It's like 1996-1997-1998 all over again.

I agree with you completely. The lyricism are songs like Hold Ya Head, Blasphemy, Made Niggaz, etc are far greater than the majority of All Eyez On Me with a few exceptions....Only God Can Judge Me being one of them. It's amazing to me how his style improved so drastically in such a short period of time.

Are you fucking serious? You're an idiot if you think that Afeni, Pac's MOTHER and controller of his Estate, doesn't have these songs while you, some random guy, does. I see this is your first post, so welcome to the board, but don't try to act like you're special because you've got a couple CD-Rs that tens of thousands of people have had almost for a decade. Just sit back and read a lot of posts to catch up to where we stand today before posting.

the original songs i have from makaveli 3 and 4 sounds better the that remixes out. for instead lil homies from until the end of time album wack if afeni wouldve keep danny boy in it that shit would be mad hot.
pac life songs is just once verse then he talks for about 2 minutes. second why take out faint evans on the thug in me song and add kc and jojo in it in 2 on the pac album and one at kc and jojo album
lets be friends was also hot but again mix it up twise on the 2 hot for radio death row sound track and until the end of time album stop mixing the old songs and play the oringinals

You're not providing any valuable information. Whatever songs you have, I guarantee at least 75% of the people on this board have them as well, and probably tons extra that you haven't heard.
We KNOW the original versions are better than the majority of the remixes.
We KNOW what Pac's Life originally sounded like, and the version you have isn't even the real one. Someone took a Pac interview with Sway and added it to the end of the song over the looped beat.
Faith Evans is NOT on Thug in Me, it's one of Death Row's R&B singers... most people say Michel'le.
Please stop posting information that is either several years old or inaccurate. If only I were a mod...

Michel'le. wasnt on deathrow records till 99 on the Chronic 2000

Wrong. She was with Death Row since back in the early 90's. What's more, both Suge and Pac ran up in her.

and Dante, that's fucking crazy that you are still acquiring new material - these tracks are the masters right? So therefore Amaru definately doesn't have them?
