do you prefer the OG or not?


personally, I like the major/minor repetitive notes on the background sound structure, which is on the OG. You can't hear it on the album version. Hearing Tupac in his own voice on the intro makes a whole lot a difference too, the OG!

all og's could be considered a premix before they are published, no?
Not for all OG's. Premixes usually sound similar to released versions of the songs, just "not yet mixed down" yet. Thats why its called a PREmix.

OGs like Nuthin But Love, Made Niggaz, Military Mindz and They Don't Give A Fuck About Us could be considered premixes because the OGs and the released versions aren't that drastically different. Not new artist, no new verses or new beats. Just enhanced and tweaked vocals and instrumentals.
