Who got my back?

I don't know how many people will support me
everybody says 'I'll be there' but I don't see
no face in my darkest hour - always been alone
when I was down, don't expect it to change before I'm gone
People love 2 have fun, they are here for a laugh
but if you cry, not even the half
of your friends care - so what am I supposed 2 expect
will people spend 20$ for my work and prove that they got my back?
I don't think so, that's why I often doubt all this
in the end, everyone out there only cares about his biz
and who am I? Probably not even worth 2 be cared about
that's why I spend my time alone without the crowd
of people that are friends, mates, boys - whatever
cause I can't trust no one - gotta remember that forever

yes, depressing. Friends are worthless lol. Most of mine dont even try to talk to me lately. Assholes. This was good though, like the emotion. Was it one of those days like ".. where the hells all my 'friends'?"

Well, I didn't only talk about my 'real' friends here but also about SH for example. Everybody here on the board says they got your back and all that, but in the end, only 2 people take the time to even reply to this poem. U know what I'm sayin. So how should I believe all those people that tell me 'do your thing' - how could I believe that ya'all are there in the end if you don't even give me like 2 lines of feedback...?

well you can't take internet people 2 seriously. We're all assholes in the end and some of us don't even mean to be. It's just how it seems. I quit coming here myself because theres a lack of intelligence on most of the board lol.

that's kinda the topic of the poem, how serious can u take people in general, on the www or in real life - there are countless people that claim to have your back but who can u trust?

only the ones that show you the truth i suppose. And the truth is, (after making a few posts) I remember why i stopped coming here in the first place. This place hasn't been "real" in years.

I just went through some old poetry and found this one, I wrote it at the beginin of 2006 so this is easly 1 1/2 years old...... and I can still post it 'cause ain't nothing chaning, u know - that's why some call me prophet around here.

Sofi - well, I dunno, I have a couple of friends I'd trust to a certain point yes, but I don't think I trust anyone 100% ..... and so sometimes it feels like you all alone.
