Pac was not a genius in terms of his academic achievements or his business sense, or many other ways, infact Pac wasnt even a genius lyrically! Pac's major strength was his ability to touch peoples hearts, to make even people who have no idea what life is like in the hood, to care about it and want to change it. He may not have been the greatest rapper in many categories, (ie. lyrics flow etc.) However he was and remains to still be the most influential rapper of all time and it this that made Pac a genius!

Ya don't have to have an academic degree to prove how smart you are.
Pac always had the opinion, that ya don't learn the "right" lessons in school (espeacially black people). He made his decisions for his path he wanted to go. He wanted for example to be a voice for the poor and depressed. How could a degree help him with that??
Malcolm X didn't have a academic degree ether. Even dump people have degrees. So that's not proving anything. It's only a little arrogant to think that.
