i cook home made chow mein, egg noodles cooked in chicken stock with soy sauce, with added fried onions, mushrooms, beansprouts, and chix breast is the business! better that any takeaway
Yea, it was a joke. I gave up on eating or doing anything healthy, If i die at 50 i would have lived a long life, and my youngest kid would be 26 so its fine. I look healthy though and in todays world thats pretty much all that matters.
