Where are the guys that used to bring new info or some dope OG's or mix songs. It seems that no one is posting anymore. No good treads anymore.. nothing! Always the same old questions. I miss the good old hitemup.com days.

All that is needed is ppl to come post and reply.

Just a waste of every1's time to post a forum is dead...

Just think if the person would have started something Pac related...

Just like the poem me and Marvel participated...yet the post just sits there with no replies...

I'm bound to get a lot of hate for this post but hey, its all part of posting on our crazy ass message board right?

When we register here on the board we are doing so because we are 2pac fans. We have heard the music, felt it and we all know that he is the best rapper ever. However, what is it about us as 2pac fans that makes us not willing to discuss our passion for 2pac's music? Is it coz we aren't willing to be really deep with other board members? Or is it that: it simply isnt our style to do so? I love 2pac's music to death, I cant even explain how much I love his music.

2pac's gone now, the only mainstream hip hop LPs I can ever buy are Kanye West (who I'm sorry to say is starting to put out crap) and Eminem. The rest, say what you say but hey, I dont feel their music. I cant even think of buying a 2pac LP coz 'Loyal to the game' fucked up his music so bad. Thats the last record I bought. We all know 'they' are fucking up his music real bad.

Outlawz sound like they got better things to do than rap, on a 2pac track. 2pac has a sister who tolerates the crap been put out. Doesn't she realise how great her brother (half brother whatever) was as a musician or as a leader? What? She isnt listening or hearing the crap been put out? Those dollars !@#$ !@#$ !@#$ wake up on are all coz of her brother (who died with about $20,000 in his fucking bank account).

How did the Outlawz even allow 'Loyal to the game' to drop? They don't care a single bit about 2pac's music. I can give a fuck if they came in here and say they do. They are liars, a bunch of troops without a leader, (and a fucking great one at that). Afeni is just !@#$& !@#$$& !@#$$&** !!@#$&&**& !@@##$&&&* his music and she's prolly !@@#&&*&& *&&&*** while doing it as well. You know what? She can just ^%&&^$$#

No one cares about 2pac's music more than his fans. The fact is we can't and will never get control of 2pac's music. The most we can do is listen to the LP's he recorded while he was still alive. Is there anything else we can do? I dont think there is, hell I'm frustrated as fuck with the whole scenario about 2pac. I even got frustrated with Tupac Shakur Legacy (hey it had the most awesome pull outs for sure) book coz they made him an angel. He wasn't an angel. 2pac had fans with sickle cell but he still mentioned the disease on 'hit em up'. How do you think people with that disease feel when they hear that line?

Sometimes I sit in my room, look at the posters I have and I wonder so much about his music, personality, his shopping list thats in a book pull out, so much stuff. I also wonder what it was like to watch a gun been pulled at him in Vegas. Then waking up in the hospital and going into shock each time he wakes up from unconciousness. All he sees each time he wakes up is the gun been pulled on him, vitals go crazy and he goes unconscious. Over and over again. Each fucking time he wakes up and man, no one can save you from such a real nightmare. When 2pac got shot in Vegas, he didnt have a chance to do anything, he was just caught right there like a deer in the headlights. No death on the cold streets, just a death in a hospital bed. A death by a bullet which he always said.

People, we lost a SUPERSTAR, not a rapper, a SUPERSTAR. When your record tops the bilboard charts, when your ass is in jail over some fucked up charges, no friends, no money, no nothing, you are a SUPERSTAR. When your record goes platinum in 4hrs (not 1 day, not 1 week, not 1 month: 4hrs) you are a fucking SUPERSTAR!! Thats something no one can take away from 2pac.

If all we want is new mixes and news on a guy who died in 1996 with his own family (and of course the Outlawz, Outlaaaaaaaaaaaaawz) fucking up his legacy.....we are doing the wrong thing. We dont even look at his lyrics and discuss them. All we do is nothing. We do nothing on this board. You need to ask yourself what you are posting to keep this board alive. Trust me, we can talk about 2pac until the end of time. There is never a point in time when there is nothing to say about him.

So why did I register on this board? Not to fill up my post count or get a status that gains me nothing in life. I've been around since 2001 (back when it was hitemup.com). I've laughed a lot (like I never laugh when I hang out with my friends), I've learned a lot of new stuff just by been on this board. I registered on this board coz I thought I could really talk about 2pac in depth, its never happened.

I honestly feel weird when I say I'm a 2pac fan coz a lot of people in my campus certainly dont listen to his music. I know there are fans out there coz once in a new year's party at a night club, right after the countdown the DJ played 'hit em up' and man............didnt people go wild!!! Thats how much love 2pac has in Africa.

How does someone like !@#$%^ music but doesnt listen to 2pac? I don't know, who can explain why 2pac's music isn't felt by people who listen to other rappers out there today?

Why do we say 2pac and Biggie died coz of the East coast West coast beef? These guys died coz of matters totally unrelated to their music, not even linked to each other. What is that every beef goes back to 'we dont want to end up like 2pac and Biggie'. Shit pisses me off!! 2pac was shot coz he fought in Vegas, not coz of his beef with Biggie. Fuck.....isnt that obvious to the media who beam a picture of a shot up BMW in the streets?? Biggie's death is only known to Puffy (that niggas guilty as sin) but, I really doubt it was anything to do with 2pac getting shot. Sure it looks like but is it really? Can we discuss that?

Even though this board is dead to some, the name that will always remain here after all members leave is only 1:

2pac.............2pac.................2pac.........2pac

It's sad that the Outlawz or 2pac's fam aint getting in touch with the fans. I can remember when it was fun checking hitemup.com for new interviews (remember that Hussein Fatal interview?) or new info. I understand that Pac aint coming back to record some dope tracks.. but come on he schooled the Outlawz and brought them in the bizz. Look what they do.. fucking things up! The could have made a major move by keeping Pac's legacy alive, working together and staying in touch with Pac fans

The same interest just isnt there anymore for me. Yea, i think he is the greatest rapper of all time, and im saying that as someone who has hundreds of rap/hip hop albums in my music collection. I still listen to his music a lot. I like a lot of rappers but 2Pac is always number one for me.
The last few releases have been very poor though and this is probably the reason that we have nothing to discuss. LTTG and Pac's Life just aren't worth the energy. Also, back when i was 15 or 16, i used to post on the Tupac Online Forums alot and i have posted here for the past 3 or 4 years so i guess i have discussed 2Pac related topics to death at this stage.

No one ever seems to mention him but DeezNuuts is a big loss to this board. He knew everything about 2Pac and rap music in general. He was an excellent poster.

The Tupac community killed itself when it became a class based monster that decided some people werent good enough to post in certain places or have access to certain materials and information.

The Tupac community died when people forgot everything Tupac stood for.

There's no Tupac stuff to talk about now. We really haven't had a real album since Better Dayz dropped or when the movie Ressurection came out. After that its been crap. I miss hitemup.com too, too bad it got hacked back in the day. I miss the exclusive interviews and news. I miss once in a while a 2Pac relative or friend would visit the board and we got to interact. I think that too has killed it. There's really nothing left to talk about. We've been there done that...now we are moving on. That is until the next project drops.
