Here's my take. Goat's milk is somewhat better healthwise than cow's milk. It’s easier to digest because it doesn’t contain a protein found in milk that makes fat globules cluster together. It also contains slightly more of the essential fatty acids, omega-3 and 6. It’s also better than milk when it comes to allergies because it contains only trace amounts of an allergenic casein protein, alpha-S1, found in cow’s milk. Goat’s milk casein is more similar to human milk, and its calcium is highly absorbable. It also contains slightly lower levels of lactose (4.1 percent versus 4.7 percent in cow’s milk), which may be a small advantage for people who are lactose intolerant.

They also make goat cheese and yogurt. The yogurt tastes like milk yogurt but I didn’t care for the cheese. It has a goat smell to it.

So, goat milk is better than dairy, but not that much better and really not necessary, unless you want to come off dairy but still need something for your cereal and don’t or won’t use soy, rice, or other non-animal drink.

You are so wrong it's hilarious. That statement you made is an out-and-out lie fabricated by the dairy industry for the sole purpose of making money. The calcium found in cows milk does not break down in the human body at all, which is why the USA has the highest population of milk drinkers and also the highest amount of osteoporosis (brittle bone syndrome) found anywhere in the world. Compare that to somewhere like Japan where they do not drink cows milk and obtain calcium from far better sources.....oh what a surprise! they have the LOWEST amount of osteoporosis in the world. Coincidence? Nope.

Now, you can either accept the truth, or I can provide a 25-page thesis written by one of the worlds leading dieticians that has so many FACTS about the truth of the matter that you will look very, very foolish. Alternatively, Jokerman could provide you with many of the same facts but give alternative examples.

Either way you are wrong. Have a nice day. :D

I won't give up my day job. My day job, in case you didn't know, is a rock star and I love it. I get to travel for the world for free and have women throw themselves at me. It's awesome.

:D :D

Have a nice day doing what you do. :D

I don't currently see a therapist or have any insecurities, but since you seem to the voice of experience on that subject, perhaps you could recommend one?

Lmao at Casey calling himself a rock star. If you didnt tell everyone that every chance you get and speak about your music do you think anyone here would know about your music? Just wondering.

Never tried goat milk, dont think I ever will unless I go to Africa or something lol
Howz that a joke?

Anywayz, I agree with Casey. It doesn't make sense to continually consume animal liquids designed for animal babies. It seems a lil inhumane and awkward, adding to the ignorant things we do to our bodies that lower our life expectancies.

I dunno about you, but I have no desire to live 100 years. What the national average is here (In the 70s) seems like a sensible time to go. Time for me to kick the bucket at that age and head to the afterparty hosted by Jesus. :)

Just because you don't hear Punjabi Rock/Rap/Dance on your radio doesn't mean is any less of a rock star than he says he is. I have seen him on TV twice, I have heard him on the radio, even on Radio 1, the UKs biggest radio station. I've seen countless videos of him performed to 1000's of people at music festivals and concerts. I've seen his bands music in record stores around the UK. Does that not make him a rock star?

Please, rockstars consume godly amounts of drugs and alcohol, fuck mass groupies and destroy everything in sight.

They aren't pussy vegans who catch a case of one gina.

It is known.

I think Casey Rain's self-proclaimed "Rock Star" status has some merit but he's not a rock star in the traditional way that we know it.

If it comes down to semantics vs. insecurities, I will gladly acknowledge that Casey is a rock star if it will help him with his problems.
