good man. cows milk is one of the worst things you can consume.

You have plenty of options:

Rice Milk
Soy Milk
Oat Milk
Almond Milk

just to name a few.

I find Rice and Oat milks go the best with cereal.

Most supermarkets will only stock Soy and Rice milks, at least here in the UK.

There must be a chain of stores in Australia that sells healthy products, vitamins etc. Here in the UK we have this:
Holland and Barrett - High Quality Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements and Sports Nutrition

Take a look at their site, and try and find somewhere near you that sells similar products and they will most likely have Oat Milk, Almond Milk, etc etc.

I'd say Rice Milk is probably the closest to Cows milk taste wise. IMO, all of them taste a lot better than Cows milk, which I've always found to leave a nasty taste in my mouth.

They aren't expensive. I pay about £1 for a carton of Rice milk which is more or less the same as what Cow milk costs for the same amount. Oat milk is a little more expensive but it's fucking awesome.

No....I'm not a vegan but I try and stay away from most animal products so fish oil is a no-no.

I do take some supplements but not on a day-to-day basis. Echinacea is great during cold/flu season as it builds up your immune system but you can't take it for too long or you'll become intolerant. If you start feeling the early symptoms of a cold, Echinacea can sometimes prevent it completely, if taken early enough, and if not taken early enough, it can reduce a 7-8 day cold to 3-4 days.

Garlic and Ginger based supplements are great too.

After reading this I don't understand how anyone can drink milk. You may as well drink urine.

The dairy industry are among the biggest liars and frauds when it comes to perpetrating dietary untruths.

It's amazing and scary how they've managed to convince so many people that cows milk is good for you and a good source of calcium when the truth is it's very bad for you and a terrible source of calcium.

This is another example of what I was talking about in the Gay Marriage thread - the world is full of idiots who accept what they are told and never question it.

it tastes ok jeremy. It depends on what brand you are using. Some taste shit, others taste good. e.g myprotein.co.uk have great tasting protein shakes. Some say to mix milk. Others say water. the ones that say to mix milk usually means that the amount of protein in the milk is included in the overall amount of protein in a serving. Also, using milk means a slower release of the protein into the body. Id only mix with milk if i was having a protein shake before i go to the bed.
