I actually tip my hat to Da_Funk's comeback. Doesn't matter who's right, the comedic value in his response takes the cake for me. :)

And about Pac/sodomizing, most people in the know, know, you know? I challenge you to dig up the court files or anything listning the violations he was being charged with, look through them, and make a strong case for why your comparison is even remotely accurate. The details around that [Pac's] case are nowhere near as sketchy as "we met michael jackson shopping at the mall, got to talking, then my nine year old spent the weekend at michael's ranch while i was given his credit card and could use it as i wanted". I bet only 2-3 people here have actually seen a significant amount of in-depth documentaries about both Michael's, and Pac's lives (from different sources to negate possible bias). There's a reason why most people think MJ is a child molestor, but why most people believe that Pac got set up. It's all in the details surrounding the two cases, and the sentiments shared by the people involved, as well as research done by third party enthusiasts.
Im sorry but when did you get your law degree?

Do you or anyone know the FULL fact about either case.. Pac or MJ?? Until you have seen the full case you (or I) have no right to determine what is 'sketchy' or not. Why dont you dig up details and prove to me why this isnt a fair comparison? Also, in case you dont know.. most documentaries are inherently bias.
Pac was convicted, MJ wasnt.. if Pac wasnt guilty why didnt he challenge it more?.. he has a right to after all...

My point with the comparison is to show how he is hypocritical... so you can tip your hat, jack off, slaughter a lamb.. or do whatever you want to celebrate his response..

If you want to nit pic about stuff.. how about the fact that the child abuse allegations only came out AFTER the Bashir interview where he admitted he slept in the same bed as the kids who had sleep overs?.. After that interview is when people made assumptions about him being a child molester because he did things that were 'unacceptable' by normal standards..

Pac did appeal, he was just killed before it got resolved.

Tupac was convicted of "forceably touching the buttocks" yet recieved four years in a maxium security prison. Does that not seem odd?

The girl who accused Tupac gave him head on a dance floor a few days prior to the claim, and then left him multiple voicemails stating how she wanted him. A few days later she's saying Tupac and two members of his entourage abused her. Something doesn't add up here.

There were three men in the room who supposedly participated yet two of them are acquited and only Tupac is convicted? Thats weird.

Thats only off the top of my head regarding the rape case. As for the drug dealing, it was something like a week he was selling. He was also seventeen, broke, had no place to live, and a cracked out mom.

I don't think your comparison is approiate.

you're right, it is weird that things dont add up. convicted or not he did things that were illegal and was a criminal, whether out of necessity or not.
