So I figured there was probably enough interest based on the eggs thread to warrant this.

Im thinking we state our current condition and our goal and how we plan to achieve it, discuss and support one another. Whether you're trying to bulk up or lose weight, whether you hit the gym or do p90x, whatever the case may be.

Also fire off any questions you have about exercise or diet and hopefully someone can answer it!

I will go first.

I am 6'4" and 210lbs. Im trying to bulk up and also lose a little midsection flab for that defined six pack. Cutting and bulking at the same time is hard if not impossible so I am bulking up first and will cut over summer.

Im doing gym three times a week and have also just bought some resistance bands to build some core muscle strength and help in definition. On top of that I do Martial Arts twice a week.

Im taking ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein (Double Choc flavor, it is awesome) and will do a course of ON Serious Mass soon.

Goals? To add size to arms, legs, shoulders, and chest. My upper back is nicely defined naturally so I dont focus on it too much and any extra gains come from compound exercises I do. I should focus more on lower back but Ive slacked on that. I dont really have a set goal of I should gain this much in this period of time because I dont know what is possible for my body seeing as I was vegetarian for three years so dont reaaaallly know what to expect now that I am eating a balanced diet.

However overall I am looking to reach 250-260lbs.

Man I'd get you in shape so quick. Losing weight is so much easier than putting muscle mass on. Just cut out the sodas and sugary food and exercise a couple times a week. At your age you will lose weight easily..... And hopefully one day... Be able to see your dick again when you take a piss...

Good point. The last time someone posted "workout pics" they ended up the latest addition to everyone's fap folder.

I am 6,4 and 85kgs. I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week and do boxing one night a week. I tend to improve on everything, general upper body size, legs and fitness. I'll be happy when I reach 90kgs, hopefully by summer which is about 3 months away now.
I take protein 3 times a day with water, eat all the right foods and stay away from soft drinks. If I could cut out drinking heavily on the weekends I would achieve this goal a lot sooner, but it's hard lol.

You can't go one day without thinking about me...you miss me don't you?

I did cardio x yesterday (P90X) it's a little bit of yoga and karate and then plyo. I hate cardio.

so many tall people in here. i will resume my fitness training once i graduate. right now i dont have the time with all the volunteering, work and uni. i have lost the fitness i was in a few years ago, absolutely terrible compared to my state back then, and also i got fitter on holidays making use of the gym on the cruise, lost shape again.

i plan to eat well in the meantime, as always.

hows this for unhealthy. my usual diet for the last 2 months has been, No breakfast, at least 4 red bulls a day, a pack of smokes a day, 1 to 2 feeds of McDonalds and a steak for dinner.

Get some resistance bands for your P90x or just use them in other ways, they are surprisingly great for cardio and adding the toning element means you will get awesome results.

I would have sworn you weighed more than that. Get on the bulking powder and you will gain weight in weeks.

Going for footy training tonight :) I'm happy i'm finally picking it up again. It's only like the 5th team and they only train once a week, but it'll get me going. Then come winter I'll go out to the ice rink more.

As far as "my goals" i dunno. I'm a sinewy guy by nature and I don't aim to become "big", but could do with more muscle up top. Practically I'll be training legs though.

My aim weight is slightly under 90kg's (about 200lbs).
