Not tryna be a wise-ass (as in, us taking jabs cos we hate the guts out of each other), but considered taking up a sport? It sounds "duh", but are there any sports whatsoever you're interested in? Sports your friends play (as in, you could join in on)? It could give a great step-up to physical discipline.

^^ Carbs arent that bad. You should do a 40/40/20 split of protein, carbs and fats for optimal growth.

Im staying away from creatine, I just get bloated from it and I dont like it.

I'm 6'4", 210lbs.

I eat six times a day and take a Optimal Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein powder in the morning and after working out. That's only 24gs of protein per serving, so a total of 48gs from supplements.

And by no means am I huge. Lean at the moment and healthy yes, but not bulked up. To be honest right now I am just reversing the effects of a three year vegetarian diet. Here is a photo taken about a month ago.

Look, I'm not saying this to be a dick, but seriously, man, you are killing yourself very quickly. You need to lose 80 pounds to be in at the top of the tier of healthy.

Right now, you're at a high risk of heart disease, muscular disorders, all kinds of cancers, strokes, not to mention fairly inevitable emotional disorders if you've always been overweight/obese .... and you're what? 22?

Nobody here gives a shit if you're obese, but don't you care about your own health? I suspect if you say no that you're only fooling yourself.

It's officially Stage II Obese and there's only one stage of Obesity after that - Morbidly.

Smacky man, seriously wake the fuck up, cut the sugar, cheese, meat, soda, paneer, kfc or whatever the fuck you keep eating that has gotten you to that point, for your own good.

Surely you recognise that this is serious shit, right?

I thought most people here knew how to at least take care of themselves. I was totally wrong. Mother fuckers not eating breakfast, eating 1-2 times a day, stage two obesity, not exercising. What the fuck.

On another note, I'm 5 foot 10 inches. I weight ~160 depending on the day. WHat is my bmi?

It's not the meet or the dairy, it's the fact he probably never gets off of the couch.

Exercise is key. With exercise you can eat whatever you want. Meat isn't making him gain any fat. He just needs to cut the junk food and soda and get his ass moving!

Otherwise, Smacky, you're dead in your 50s pal. Obese and smoking? That's a slow form of suicide.

BMI is 23. Normal weight.
